Wonderful experience with this company and great communication! Our flight was late and the person delivering the wheelchair was accommodating. The wheelchair really worked well and helped me experience the city.

It went better than expected. It was VERY convenient with the drop-off and pickup. Especially considering the lack of parking that our VRBO had in San Diego off of the boardwalk! The lip of our doorway entrance (on the ground level unit) wasn't much at all, but it was hard to get the scooter in and out at times. It would benefit the rider to have a little ramp to clear the doorway!

The customer service was really good . The only issue was the lack of clarity on how to charge the scooter. I went to the service center on the ship to charge and they plugged it in the wrong port. The scooter ran out of power. Eventually is figured it out and charged it overnight.

I have rented scooters in multiple places and this was the best experience I’ve had, so far! The life of the battery was fantastic, drop off and pick up was smooth! Would definitely rent from them again!
