Great experience and communication! I didn’t think about the drop off at the hotel and that the hotel room was not booked under my name. Thank you for still leaving the scooter despite my failure to communicate that to you. Perhaps someone else may not think about this detail and it might be a question to add to any hotel drop off. We have been renting from Cloud of Goods for a few years now and we have never had any complaints about the service or the equipment. The wheelchair we requested was always available when we needed it and waiting for us to use when we arrived at our holiday apartment. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to rent equipment for a disabled person. Thank you again

It worked fine but i reserved the ultralite 2 front wheels, flat lithium battery two rear wheels. The three wheeler had the older bulky heavy battery.
