the experience was amazing. Joel made sure to keep in contact with me and responded to me quickly when I had a small issue(user error). He was very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I will be back and I would love to use them again.

The rental was excellent. The provider, Angela Hendricks with Twice as Nice Medical Supplies, was very proactive in communicating with me in regard to rental, very flexible in the delivery and pickup to accommodate me, and a pleasure to work with. The equipment arrived in excellent condition and fully charged. The overall experience was excellent, and I'm pleased to recommend working her and her company. The overall process with Cloud of Goods was also excellent, and I will be renting through the company for future needs.
