overall was a good experience renting this scooter but was delivered with a nearly dead battery. thanks to Ben for his over and above efforts to get me a new battery before sailing on my cruise it was a successful trip and made my mobility much more easier for the cruise and it made the difference for the whole experience. so thanks Ben for your help on getting the new battery to me in short order!

I love the convenience of delivery. The chair was a bit worn and the foot pad broke off under very little pressure. Otherwise great.
