Very easy to order online. Was delivered to hotel room before my parent got there. Was picked up the morning they left with no issues. Would def use again if needed.

We really appreciate all you did to make our vacation in DC enjoyable. The delivery and pick up were on time and the gentleman was so helpful in explaining the scooter to us. We had a problem with the scooter in the middle of our adventure and within 20 minutes he came with another scooter! The service was incredible! We would highly recommend Cloud of Goods to everyone!
