“This was a last minute order when we arrived at the airport and realized we left the rollator at home. We placed the order online and immediately received confirmation that the order was received. Before we even took off I was sent a photo of the claim ticket indicating the device had been dropped off at our destination. I was a bit leary about leaving the device in our cruise cabin for pickup but I got confirmation that it was picked up without issue. Would definitely use them again.”
