“Communication was fantastic for both pick up and drop off. Receives text messages the week prior to our cruise for the scooter rental. With all the information we would need. Received the same info the day prior and pictures of the scooters exact location for pick up. Drop off was just as easy. This is our second time renting from Cloud of Goods and we highly recommend them! ”
