This is a Great service for those traveling. I never even thought this was an option. I loved how easy it was to rent a rollator walker for my vacation in Hawaii. This was wonderful that I didn't have to figure out how to get my walker to where I was vacationing. I just made the reservation and they brought my walker to my hotel and picked it up at a different hotel. Easy peasey. Great customer service too. I will definitely use Cloud of Goods next time I need any medical equipment on vacation.

We were grateful for the detailed planning and trouble-shooting when the hotel we were visiting was initially unable to find the rollator that had been delivered for our use. When we departed, the return was simple and quickly confirmed.

Don was amazing! Our equipment was waiting at our condo when we arrived. When we had equipment problems mid-week, Don had a replacement for us same day. At the end of our trip it was hassel-free returns. A smooth and stress-free expereince. Thank you!
