The Rollator was delivered to my hotel one day ahead of time and picked up on the day agreed upon. The Rollator itself was identical to the model I have. It was a lifesaver for my trip to London. Thank you so much!

I certainly was glad that your company provides rental of Walker. It really came in handy for me. I didn’t realize there was so much walking in New York City. You might also check the brakes on the walker that I rented they weren’t holding very well thank you so much and if I ever get back to New York again, I’ll certainly keep you in mind to rent if I need it. The team in long beach were great at communicating! They arranged the drop off and pick up off my mom's walker on time, no fuss. Nice people. Would use them again.
