The Rollator was delivered to my hotel one day ahead of time and picked up on the day agreed upon. The Rollator itself was identical to the model I have. It was a lifesaver for my trip to London. Thank you so much!

I certainly was glad that your company provides rental of Walker. It really came in handy for me. I didn’t realize there was so much walking in New York City. You might also check the brakes on the walker that I rented they weren’t holding very well thank you so much and if I ever get back to New York again, I’ll certainly keep you in mind to rent if I need it.
