This was a last minute order when we arrived at the airport and realized we left the rollator at home. We placed the order online and immediately received confirmation that the order was received. Before we even took off I was sent a photo of the claim ticket indicating the device had been dropped off at our destination. I was a bit leary about leaving the device in our cruise cabin for pickup but I got confirmation that it was picked up without issue. Would definitely use them again.

Nestor who was supposed to pick up the walker never showed up. There was a problem with the 'pick-up as the driver had the wrong address. I had clearly made it evident upon renting the walker that the drop off and pick up would be different addresses. Therefore the pick up did not happen until Feb. 12. It was supposed to be picked up on Feb. 9.. Otherwise, the walker was very good.
