Our Drive "rolerator" was ordered by our concierge service in the afternoon and arrived at our hotel by 8:30 the next morning. It was set up and ready to go. Text updates were timely, appropriate and much appreciated. Pick up was at our hotel after we checked out which was so easy for us. My husband had never used a walker like this before and it made all the difference in our vacation week as we walked the streets of Charleston. When we get home we will purchase one right away. We highly recommend Cloud of Goods.
