OUR RENTAL EQUIPMENT WAS DELIVERED TO THE HOTEL PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL! IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT WE ORDERED, WAS IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION AND WAS CLEAN. THIS IS OUR THIRD RENTAL EXPERIENCE WITH CLOUD OF GOODS AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE NEEDING THIS SERVICE. THEY MAKE TRAVELING WITH MY 90 YEAR OLD MOTHER SO MUCH EASIER!

Perfect experience! My 89 year old mother was recovering from back surgery and needed a Walker while we were in NYC. Cloud of Goods delivered to our hotel BEFORE we arrived so the Walker was waiting for us! And they picked it up AFTER we departed. Amazing folks, easy rental/return, fair pricing. If needed we will use their services again! Thank you all so much!!
