My entire experience was smooth as silk. I highly recommend “CLOUD OF GOODS” & wish I had found them sooner. I was a little insecure at first, booking online, and never speaking to anyone directly. However the rate was excellent, and my email confirmations came immediately and looked legitimate, L O L! As the delivery date was getting close, I did receive some sort of update with a phone number. I called the phone number and spoke to Kim, who was an absolute pleasure and put me at ease. The equipment arrived at my hotel exactly as promised, and the pick up was just as smooth. They did a great job and I will definitely use them again.

The woman who was my liaison for this rental was extremely helpful & understanding. I made the order for a rollator for my husband who was travelling to Las Vegas without me. He is not technically adept so I was the go between for notifying Ki Rentals that he had received the unit as scheduled and that he had dropped it off for pickup. We did this by text and she also called me before the drop off and pickup to ensure everything was as expected and that there were no glitches. We would happily use Ki Rentals again. Thank you.
