The only reason I gave a 4 star is because I expected the same chair type that I had in Hollywood. It was a Karma wheelchair very comfortable and narrow . I got a Medline in New York, not as comfortable .

Ordered wheel chair at 12:10 am and it was there by 10:30 am the same day. WOW! Cannot believe the efficiency. So great having the chair there so quickly after seeing how much we were going to need it for my elderly mom. Thank you so much for saving my weekend with my parents!

Online rental was a quick and easy. Response and confirmation was also immediate and we had a last minute reserveration and delivery. All co.oleted in a timely manner, and the wheel chair was delivered at the appointed time. Delivery person even called to co firm drop off and handing over. Thank you for your rapid response.

We booked at last minute and so grateful for Sunday delivery. Excellent communication and very prompt and the chair was incredibly light and comfortable!!
