The scooter was excellent. I thought I would need it to go shopping etc however I just used it to go to & from the lobby. I didn't use or need the extra battery at all. unfortunately I left the charging cord in my room when I left. I tried & tried to have the hotel look for it. I don't know if they found it & returned it to you? overall my experience was excellent. Thank you Janet Roberts

They made it so easy to start and end my day at Legoland by meeting right by the entrance for both drop-off and pick-up. The driver (Lamari) was so patient and helpful. I highly recommend this service - especially when you didn’t know that you needed to reserve one of the park’s ECVs until the night before and you have to scramble to find someone to come in clutch. These guys did just that.

Thank you! The motorized scooter helped make the visit much more enjoyable without concern of excessive fatigue or pain. Antonio (who dropped off and picked up the scooter) was super helpful, knowledgeable and very professional throughout! Won’t hesitate with recommending Cloud of Goods to anyone who needs assistance with motorized scooter or anything else.

5+ very nice! So easy to make the reservations and the delivery & pickup was perfect! Having this little scooter made my trip so much easier on me and my family! Will definitely use Clouds of Goods again on future trips!!
