Now in San Francisco - 4 days - the hiring company was (Thrifty Medical Supply) and again during the day i would be charging the scooter every 1/2 hour - Scooter fully charged we were going a a bus tour one day and our hotel was only two blocks from the tour bus once I arrived there I was putting the scooter on charge again -

My experience was considered wonderful. The scooter was almost the color purple as I had requested, and it took to all the terrain I encountered. A tip was given to Henry who handled the delivery and pick up with professionalism and excellent knowledge. I want to extend my thanks to all the staff involved in this transaction. I will keep you in mind to refer to my friends as well. Eleanore Rainey

Amazed is an understatement. From the initial contact to dropping off the scooter my expectations were definitely exceeded. Helen in Galveston Texas is an amazing woman and her customer service simply amazing. This was Muy first time renting a scooter for a two week cruise. To be honest I was not thinking the experience would be good. Boy was I surprised. The scooter fit me perfectly, I was able to get anywhere onboard, and embarkation and debarkaction were a breeze. While the whole experience was top notch Helen was the icing on the cake. Her communication left little doubt that she truly cares about her customers but she provides the best equipment and best service. I wish all companies had Helen as they would certainly be sucessful.
