Pick up and delivery were fine, but since this was my first experience putting a scoter together/ taking it apart when I had a question customer support sucked. They took 8 or more hours to call back - if at all.

This company is awesome regarding discounts. You can trust them with your credit cards, they wouldn't over charge customer's.

So easy! and So helpful. I simply could not have done anything at Disneyland without it. The only downside was that the battery ran down quickly when I put on the light at night. Perhaps give an advisory about that...

The process of renting the scooter and having it dropped off/picked up was great! The only thing that would have been helpful is a manual or guide about how to better operate and charge the scooter, as our scooter started to die a couple of times when we thought it was fully charged.
