My husband and I were able to enjoy all day at the Holy Land Experience due in large part to the comfort and maneuverability of our scooters. They were waiting for us when we arrived and they were picked up promptly at our departure.

Pick up and delivery were fine, but since this was my first experience putting a scoter together/ taking it apart when I had a question customer support sucked. They took 8 or more hours to call back - if at all.

So easy! and So helpful. I simply could not have done anything at Disneyland without it. The only downside was that the battery ran down quickly when I put on the light at night. Perhaps give an advisory about that...
