The service was great. Mobility scooter was waiting for me at my hotel in Baltimore. It was in excellent condition and made a my trip more enjoyable.

Helen was great! Easy to work with and coordinated everything well! The scooter was a bit problematic but that was not her fault!

This scooter is a lifeline for me while traveling around! The only problem is it's still pretty heavy to lug in and out of the trunk/hatchback of a vehicle for my husband at each stop. Thank you Cloud of Goods for your service to the community!

I loved using the machine. Pam was prompt and helpful, as well as pleasant to talk to.

Other than a little hick-up when we met at the airport ( just a confusing place to meet with all the construction) everything was great. Would recommend Cloud of Goods for your scooter rental.
