We were very pleased this time. The scooter was delivered in time and was charged. The delivery service was very responsive and eager to please. All my questions on assembling the scooter, charging, and taking it a part were answered promptly, instructional videos supplied. Excellent service!

Super last minute request. They confirmed in a few minutes and were able to bring it right to us. We rented a motorized scooter and it ran perfectly! Made our day at SeaWorld way better!

Jordan was great! He delivered the scooter to the hotel in downtown Norfolk, Va the day before and I was able to pick it up at my leisure. He was very respectful and communicated well. I throughly enjoyed my experience as a first time renter. I will definitely use this service again for any future needs and will refer my friends to Cloud of Good for any of their needs as well. Thanks for a great experience.
