Having the scooter dropped off and picked up from the hotel was so convenient. I was able to enjoy a day at Disneyland without traveling with a scooter. No problems with the order or delivery.

They where great to get my knee scooter to me and b picked up. I recommend a heavy duty knee scooter to travel through WDW.

Communication on drop off and pick up could have been a little better. Otherwise the equipment was in good condition and useful.

My scooter rental was a life saver! The request was made/short notice & was quickly approved & delivered. Both the drop off & return were made at the appointed times. I would definitely recommend.

Drop off was later than promised, scooter in picture advertised was not scooter dropped off. Didn’t account for length of leg just total height, pad to short, more energy used maneuvering scooter.

Informed though out delivery and pick up if there was a delay. Mix up on ordering for some reason 2 were ordered but company notified me right away to make sure I wanted 2 but no 1. They said a refund would be issued to card charged. Thanks

We had Just landed In Las Vegas, and my husband hurt his foot at the airport. From our hotel, I searched online, read great reviews for CloudofGoods, and ordered a knee scooter—all online on my phone from our hotel room at 8 am. The scooter was delivered to the hotel bellhop station within 2 hours. The local office had also called to confirm my order. At the end of the week, they even picked up the scooter from the bellhop station. It was such great service—super safe, fast and easy! No hidden charges. Saved our vacation!
