Jose was prompt and friendly via text. My scooter was delivered to my hotel the next morning after ordering it very late the night before! I was SO thankful!! I did not think I needed this scooter until I arrived for my conference and realized the amount of walking required. I am still recovering from Achilles repair surgery. Being able to rent a knee scooter saved my vacation. My son and I were vacationing in DC when I injured my ankle on the second day of our vacation. It was delivered to and picked up from my hotel. I highly recommend them.
