I was very happy this service exists. My 9yr old daughter broke a toe 3days before her first trip to NYC. She couldn't have gotten around as much as we needed on just her crutches. She LOVED the "knee bike" as she called it & your service definitely saved us a ton of tears. & the fact that they delivered & picked up saved ME a ton of tears. I know her mobility problems are minuscule compared to others, but her first trip to a magical city was made better by Cloud of Goods existence. They delivered to the Crowne Plaza Times Square & picked up seamlessly. Thank you.

After breaking my toe while staying in Orlando, Cloud of Goods helped me continue with my plans by bringing me a knee scooter to my hotel. And, at the end of my stay, they picked it back up from the hotel. Their service was a real life saver.

Service, delivery, and pickup was awesome! The only thing was The leg scooter I got wasn’t very well suited for Disneyland due to the small tire circumference and the uneven rock/brick side walks they have there. Wish there was an option that was more suited for rough sidewalks.

Great experience!! The scooter was delivered to our son's apartment in New York City where we were visiting. I was recovering from broken ankle surgery, and needed some help in navigating the crowds and extreme walking. We were able to explore the city and even attend the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade without my slowing the family down. It was wonderful to have the scooter handy! Thanks!!
