We had to request a replacement mobility scooter as there was a problem with the one that was delivered. A replacement was delivered within 6 hours of my phone call and a refund for a days rental was in my bank the same day, so although I wasn’t happy with the original scooter, your customer service to rectify the situation was impressive

Juan informed me via messages of my upgraded scooter. Such great response. Scooter was easy to use. Only thing was the dismantling of the scooter was harder for me. Because of a disability with my left hand. You really need 2 hands to dismantle. Most taxi's were not able to take it with them. So I travelled those days without it. Scooter was clean. However the time for drop off and pick up was not between 7pm-10pm Thanks again Juan for your assistance. God bless this service

They are awesome....best scooters, clean and excellent service. Convenient for drop off and pick up. I loved the continued communication througout the rental so there was no confusion.

Chair worked our great in Disneyland. Lost charge 3/4 of the way through. It would be nice if you could provide a list of where in Disneyland you can charge them.
