Great helpful service. I went to Disney World with my kids. Cloud of Goods delivered the scooter at the hotel/resort the night before. I rented the 4-wheel heavy duty scooter that can be taken apart and put in a car trunk. It fit easily into the full size car (Camry) trunk. The only issue I had was that the battery was giving up earlier than what the scooter company claims. Maybe it was time to get a new battery for the scooter. Advertised was 15 miles. But in reality, with my 275lbs weight, it lasted for only about 4-5 miles.

I can't begin to "rate my experience" with CLOUD OF GOODS. Is there a rating higher than 100 million? In other words this trip would not have met my expectations if I had not rented a scooter from them. First of all when I arrived at my hotel the scooter was waiting for me. Second they communicated with me even offering to extend my rental (actually I WAS thinking about that!). Third, the reaction to my scooter by tourists! Several people took photographs of the back of the scooter, One lady yelled 'OMG my sister needs one of these RIGHT NOW!!!' I fell in love with this scooter and told the company I wanted to purchase it. I highly recommend CLOUD OF GOODS for ALL your mobility needs!

My father-in-law had a stroke 11 months ago, he can only walk a little. The scooter was great!
