Definitely a FIVE STAR rating. The drop-off and pick-up were precisely on time and where I needed them. The equipment was first-rate and reliable. Customer service was excellent. And the price was very good. I will definitely use COG again when I need a mobility vehicle. *****

The arms of this scooter were very loose - they needed to be tightened. Scooters going out should be in good working order.
