We had a wonderful experience with Cloud of Goods! We went on vacation in San Diego with my family. My father has Parkinson's disease and has limited mobility, but he didn't want to miss the time with family. We found Cloud of Goods and rented one of their electric scooters. It was PERFECT for him! It made the trip incredibly enjoyable and easy for him. The customer service was wonderful, taking plenty of time to answer all of our questions, and they delivered, and picked up, exactly when they said they would. Everyone we talked to at the company, from the online representatives, to the customer service on the phone, to the delivery people, were pleasant, friendly and easy to work with. I would happily use them again any time we need this service. We did some shopping and their prices were in line with everyone else, if not even better. Don't hesitate to use this company or their services, if your experience is anything like ours, you won't be disappointed!

My family and I were truly pleased with the service we received. The rental arrived before we checked-in and the ease t operate it was great. We decided to extend our visit and extending the rental was seamless. We will definitely use this service in the future and recommend it to others.

First of all, the rental and delivery was on point. Very affordable. The one thing that had me wondering was why no instructions or directions was with it. How to break it down to put it in the car. That would have been nice. I had to do a live chat in order to see how it was done. There should also be a warning about turning it off if you have to stand up to get anything. It will move if you accidentally touch the driving lever. I got up to put the fixings on my hot dog and as I was trying to sit back down, I hit the lever and it almost ran over a man that was behind the cart.Fortunately, he was able to get out of the way. It scared me half to death. There should be a warning sign on each one that does that. This is the first time I have rented a cart from Clouds of Good or any other rental company. I usually just stay in the hotel or do short walking distances. But I figured this was the experience of a lifetime to be able to see much more. Please consider putting a warning on the scooters for first time rentals. Thanks for informing me on every move. I really appreciated it. Mattie Howard.
