Pick up and drop off at the hotel was seamless. I ordered the heavy duty scooter for the Las Vegas strip for 3 days. Never had to charge the battery lasted the entire trip. We rented a f150 pick up truck, as long as you have a couple of nice strong men it easily fits on and off the flat bed. Easily went in every location. Also it seemed faster than 4mph. I was flying down the strip lol. Thank you guys.

The original scooter did not hold a charge. Everything else from ordering to delivery replacement and pick up went well. Only negative was the detective first scooter.

Nothing was wrong with the scooter and it operated as expected. It was a little tattered with cracks and rub marks but that is to be expected I guess. Scooter was delivered on time and picked up shortly after I texted to let them know it was there at the hotel. Overall good experience

The scooter wouldn’t make very sharp turns through the park's lines. Some other local companies I have rented with had scooters with a better turn radius and a little more speed. Otherwise a great experience!

Delivery & pickup were great. But the battery did not last only about 5 to 6 hours an that was not using it all the time. We had to take it to be recharged.

The renting experience was great EXCEPT for the learning curve on assembling and disassembling. A laminated instruction card included with chair would be great!

It was great - there was no charge for drop off or pick up. It was there on time; it worked well. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Very pleasant, helpful, and acommodating when we needed to change the time of pickup. Would have given excellent but no call received to advise of late dropoff.
