We had a bit of confusion with the scooter being dropped of but other then that it was great to have to drive around Disneyland! It lasted all day without needing charge!

Service and flexibility of this company were definitely 5 star. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because my scooter lost power at the end of the night. The power cord was included but I was not made aware that I should have plugged it in earlier in the day as the power indicator stated it was at full charge. The battery indicator showed medium charge for approx. 5 min then it died without warning. However, I still recommend this company and will definitely use in the future.

Great service. Friendly staff. Battery for the scooter only lasted 5-6 hours so we had to plug it in at the park which was difficult to find outlets.

They were prompt and the scooter worked great. The only issue was there was no charger sent with it. I thought it might need charging as it was getting low, but it made it to the end. Thanks again.

The scooter was great--the battery lasted all day--we did not need to use the charger that was provided. Text messages were provided so we knew when and where to expect the delivery and pickup.

It was super easy to set up having a scooter delivered to the hotel for a one day use. They left it at the Bell Desk and I picked it up there. Then just left it there and they picked it up the next morning! Will definitely use them again for my scooter needs! Makes my Vegas experience so much more easier if you have mobility issues! Thank you!
