Love the convenience of having the scooter dropped off and picked up from my hotel. Unfortunately I have never had to specify that I needed to be able to dismantle the scooter to transport. Lesson learned!

Great customer service. The equipment was great, I rented a scooter.Mario has a great honest business. My daughter left a bracelet in the back pouch and they found it and returned it thank you so much Mario I appreciate doing business with you guys.

Renting was easy and would recommend to anybody. The scooter was in perfect condition and performed perfectly. I took on a cruise and it fit in cabin without being disassembled . Mario kept in touch before dropping off and the day I returned. I would absolutely use this service again when needed. Thanks for making my vacation fun !

Although the scooter performed well. I believe the charge for damages was a bit too much in that it was beat up with scratches on both the front and rear bumpers and on on the sides.. etc. I know they are rental and used by several customers but the damage on the scooter was not caused by me.

Scooter was at hotel waiting, worked great entire time and was able to leave in hotel office. This enabled me to be with my family enjoying my time in San Francisco. Will definitely use again

The person we worked with to pick up and return our scooter was wonderful. Very accommodating. The scooter met our needs perfectly
