There was a mixup at the hotel on the first day and I didnt get the scooter. I called the rep and he said he brought it. The next day hecame with another scooter to see if it was better fit. It was and he exchanged ut and I enjoyed it all during my conference

Service was wonderful. The scooter was dropped off the night of my arrival, I didn't arrive until after midnight, to make sure it was avaliable the first thing in the morning. When I left I checked it back in with the hotel bellman and promply received an email that the scooter had been returned. I would recommend this service and would happily use them again.

ECV was great. Battery never ran down…even after 12 hours a day at Disney.

The response time to a problem was excellent. You could update the text about charging the scooter. It's confusing.
