Brian was very pleasant and accommodating each time I talked to him. We had trouble getting it started the first time, so called him, he answered right away and clearly explained to us what we needed to do. We have rented from Cloud of Goods a number of times when we were on vacation and have never been disappointed. Excellent service and friendly people every time. Thank you so much.

J.C. was absolutely excellent in helping us figure out how to get the equipment in our rental car. Followed by instruction to take it apart. Made us feel very comfortable with our rental of a scooter and wheelchair. Also made us feel free to contact him during our stay with any question.
