Cloud of Goods is a mobility scooter rental company that I will recommend to anyone looking for a mobility scooter rental. Marcos Martin was the delivery, contact person, and, I believe the pick up person for my mobility scooter rental in NYC. It was delivered to the Jacob Javits Center. It was there when I arrived to the event I was attending. Marcos kept me constantly updated regarding when & where it was delivered. He contacted me regarding the rental the day before, the day of, and the day it was picked up, either by texts, photos or phone calls. He provided his personal number for me to contact him during the rental period and after the pick up. I got an extra battery in case I needed it during the rental. It was still on FULL BATTERY after using the scooter for several hours. I would definitely use Cloud of Goods in the future. The rental cost was reasonable, it was easy to rent on their website, the scooter was comfortable and the entire experience was fantastic! Thank you Cloud of Goods and especially to Marcos!

I think this was the best rental decision I have ever made! I was really nervous in the beginning that they would have the scooter ready for me at the place they said, but not only was it there. I got pictures showing me that it was there. I got the pin number for a lockbox that was on the scooter. The battery was charged. I got the extra battery for back up. Everything worked absolutely perfect!!! And just for the record, I have no relationship to the owners, but I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone traveling!!!

This was a great way to have your scooter dropped off, used and then picked up. Such an easy, convenient way to help my husband for our Disney trip.

Excellent and professional service. The scooter we rented for a day at Disney did the trick. My elderly father was able to keep up with the rest of us and had an amazing time. We walked somewhere between 5 and 7 miles and the battery still had more than half a charge. The spare battery we included in our rental wasn’t needed but I’m glad we had it. I will definitely use this service again and recommend it to anyone that asks.

Scooter delivered to hotel, ready and waiting when I arrived. Perfect communication. Only issue was life expectancy of the battery. Fortunately I was proactive and ordered a 2nd battery. We did 2 days at Disney parks, battery died mid day both days. Thankful for the spare! Otherwise, great experience

Delivery was seamless. Easy drop off at our Hotel. Jose explained everything and had both batteries charged and ready to go. Scooter was in good condition, and worked well. It was invaluable to us to have this service available while traveling. Would definitely look at using Cloud of Good on our next Trip.
