The communication was not so good. I tried all day to get a pickup time and did not get one until late afternoon and that was a call to my wife and not me. I don't even know how they got her number. There is no way to talk to a person by calling your number.

Kevin was so helpful,getting the bed here and then picking it up. When I got home from the hospital, my legs were jelly. I couldn't get up from my couch, sitting or lying down without help, so I ordered the hospital bed. Having no sense of how long I would need it, I got the bed for 3 weeks. I was able to get up to my bed in 2 weeks. It would be nice to get a credit for the 3rd week when I didn't even have the bed.

Excellent customer service! Both drivers set up and took down the hospital bed we rented very quickly. We were not prepared to tip our delivery drivers when they were here, but glad Cloud of Goods allows us to do that after the pick up. Highly recommend!
