Party Rental FAQs
- When should I make my rental reservation?We suggest that you place your rental order as soon as you know the specifics of your function so that the renter can check the availability of the rental items you want. When using an online ordering system, it would be best to submit your order at least 72 hours before your delivery/customer pickup date.
- What is the rental period?In most cases, you will be offered a single-day rental fee if your event or use is just for one day. If you need to use any of the equipment for a longer period, the renter may modify the rate to suit the time frame.
- Who will set up the items for me?The rental rate may not include any fee for setup. You can contact the renter and arrange to set it up for a reasonable fee.
