This was the first time, but, I felt that you take pride in taking care of your customer needs. the chair was delivered just before we arrived - I just had some confusion on the text msg received when the chair had to go back to warehouse because of a broken wheel, the msg didn't specify the date it would arrive at hotel, so I mistook it for being delivered the next day but, it arrived on time - so THANK YOU! It would have been a little difficult if it arrived a day later.
