Think Uber, but for all the equipment you want for temporary use. Uber connects you with a local driver, Cloud of Goods connects you with a reputable local rental equipment provider (we call them our partners) who can provide the rental equipment you want.

Whether you are a traveling parent needing a baby stroller for that trip to Disney World, a Las Vegas visitor wanting a mobility scooter to get around the Strip, a parent organizing a child’s birthday party, an adventure seeker going on a weekend adventure getaway or a local resident looking for some tools for a weekend home improvement project, Cloud of Goods is the most convenient solution.

Cloud of Goods is a user-friendly website and a mobile app for you to rent the equipment you want. Most equipment will be delivered to you (and picked up at the end of the rental period) by one of our friendly and trusted local rental partners. Things such as cars, moped scooters or slingshots that are not deliverable can be picked up from a location closer to you.

So, go online or download our mobile app, add everything you want to your shopping cart and check out. We’ll bring you the equipment you rent (or send you pickup instructions for items that are not deliverable). It’s that simple. Go ahead and make your reservation now!

How does Cloud of Goods work?

Visit cloudofgoods.com on your desktop or mobile device, search for what you need, and simply make a reservation. The reserved item(s) will be delivered by the friendly Cloud of Goods delivery team to your destination address, including your hotel or airport. At the end of the rental period, we will pick up the item(s) as well. It’s that easy!

What if the item I want is not listed?

If you do not see the item you want on cloudofgoods.com, please send us a note at info@cloudofgoods.com. We can find ways to source your item from our small business partners.

Is cloudofgoods.com free to use?

Anyone can sign up and search for items on cloudofgoods.com for free. Rental fees are due at the time of delivery.

Do you charge a security deposit?

No. We trust our community to return the items in their original condition at the end of the rental period.

How do I pay for my rental?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover.

What if my delivery and pickup locations are different?

Not a problem. As long as the delivery and pickup locations are within our San Francisco, Orlando, Anaheim, Las Vegas and San Diego delivery zones, we can make it happen. Just let us know at the time of reservation and no later than 24 hours before the pickup time.

I’m staying at a Disney/Universal hotel in Orlando. Are you able to leave the equipment at the bell desk?

Due to limited space at the Disney/Universal hotels in Orlando, we will meet you in person to deliver and pick up your item(s) at a specified time of your choosing. You can always call your hotel ahead of time and request for us to leave it at the hotel bell desk. Either way, we are happy to accommodate!

What if I have to cancel my order?

Is there a storefront where customers can pick-up or drop-off the equipment?

We specialize in door-to-door delivery of your rental equipment in San Francisco, Orlando, Anaheim, Las Vegas and San Diego including SFO, MCO, SNA, LAS and SAN airports, so you don’t have to stress about it. Just order and we’ll hand-deliver your rental equipment to you when you arrive.

If absolutely needed, however, we can arrange to meet you at our designated rental equipment pick-up and drop-off zones in San Francisco including SFO airport or Orlando including areas near Disney World, Universal Studios, and other theme parks.

Are taxes included in the rental?

All fees and taxes are included in your booking order and our rental partners do not add on additional fees without your consent.

Can I have my item delivered to one address, and then picked up at another?

Yes, your reservation will allow you to have separate drop-off and pickup locations at no extra charge, as long as they are within the partner’s delivery area. If you require multiple pickups and drop-offs during your reservation, please call or chat with us for a quote so that we can include the additional delivery charges.

What is the minimum amount of time I can rent an item?

Our local partners can accommodate a variety of delivery and pickup windows. If you require an item for only a brief period or for a very specific time, let our team know and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements. Please note that your rental order will reflect the full daily rate as we offer our items for rent by the day and not by the hour.
