Yes! Most hotels near Port of Galveston allow us to leave rentals with the bell desk. Just include your hotel reservation name in the "notes" during checkout. If the hotel doesn't permit unattended drop-offs, we’ll coordinate a time to meet you in person for delivery and pickup.
In most cases, scooters are delivered to your hotel — not directly to the cruise terminal. Cruise terminals often do not allow third-party partners to leave equipment unattended. However, if you're boarding directly without a hotel stay, contact us and we'll help arrange the best possible delivery option.
