Nicole was a outstanding person to do business with. she was very professional. I really think my trip wouldn't have been that good if I didn't get that mobile scooter. I really have trouble walking and standing for long periods of time. If u go to Kalahari and have trouble walking and dont reserve a scooter this is the place to go . Nicole delivered it to my room. Ty again for making mt trip better
