I rented a wheelchair to be used in Puerto Rico for 4 days. It was dropped off at the AirBnb earlier than the time I set it up for. The front wheels where different from the picture, but wheelchair worked great wherever we went. Even at the beach. The only issue I had was that when we went to use it, we noticed that the footrests were missing. I immediately contacted company, they immediately addressed the situation, and they dropped the footrests first thing in the morning, before we went out to our excursion. The service and attention to detail was extremely good. I highly recommend this service. The Cloud of Goods partner was excellent as well. Thank you for the great customer service.

Excellent experience. At first I was afraid of making a reservation without talking to anyone but as soon as I submitted my request. Gustavo contacted me. It was a great relief to speak with someone. He was very attentive. He answered the few questions and suggested ways to make my experience even better. He was always on time and answered my text messages quickly. My 88 years old mom was able to go to the beach after more than 10 years.

We reserved 2- six feet long ramps for an event, and the process was not only easy, but professional. Once reserved through the website, we were immediately contacted by the local supplier and communication was excellent.
