The scooter was just what I needed to get around St Augustine Florida. It was delivered on time and picked up on time which was very much appreciated. My only issue with the whole experience was no directions came with the scooter in regards to how to fold it and get it running so I had to call. When I called the woman on the phone according to the tag on my scooter did not match her records which made me think I got the wrong scooter. She sent us directions and it was not the directions to the scooter that we had. We eventually figured it out and went on a merry way so maybe you need to look into that.
