“I did not like that I had to leave the Disney Gran California Hotel property to meet someone at the intersection near the hotel to pick up the wheelchair. The drop off went better, as the company personnel came to the entrance of the hotel. I am on vacation and I should not have to worry about the time and leaving the property to pick up the wheelchair. ”
