The wheelchair we received was minorly broken, but we were able to receive a suitable replacement in a very timely manner. I am impressed by the friendliness and dedication to service of Cloud of Goods and would definitely use them again.

Very impressed with the service and the quality of the item provided by COG. Delivered as promised and picked up as scheduled as well. Having a wheelchair available at our hotel was very convenient and helped make trip to San Francisco much easier for our daughter who was still recovering from surgery.
