J.C. was absolutely excellent in helping us figure out how to get the equipment in our rental car. Followed by instruction to take it apart. Made us feel very comfortable with our rental of a scooter and wheelchair. Also made us feel free to contact him during our stay with any question.

I rented a wheelchair in San Antonio for a few days vacation. Cloud of Goods both delivered and picked up the chair at my hotel. Chair was in as-new condition, and made navigation of Riverwalk, the Alamo, and other attractions so smooth and easy. No problems, no surprises. Thanks Ingrid. Definitely recommend. 5-Star service.

Everything went great except for the fact we rented the wheelchair from 4/2 until 4/7 and it did not arrive until end of day on 4/2. I had to follow up and try to track it down until I heard from the driver Nick, around 5pm, that it was going to be delivered around 5:30 PM on 4/2. Nick was very nice and timely. I would recommend giving customers an expected/approximate delivery time when sending the confirmation email. Especially considering most people are renting items such as this because they are from out of town or on vacation and have other things scheduled on their itinerary. It would be nice to know when they can collect their rental items. Thank you, Jennie Stevens

In Las Vegas but ended up hiring a scooter- Clouds of Goods were again very good BUT the hiring company (Ki Mobility Scooter)well from the first day I had problems scooter needed charging every 1/2 hour very upset as this was disrupting our time there - trying to find places to charge the scooter - in the end a very nice person came out to exchange it and the control panel was faulty- they gave me another scooter but this one wasn’t any better - not happy with Ki Mobility’s service.
