The only issue I had is that I'm use to an electric hoyer and it took me a few mins to figure out how to release it to lower it. Also I wish it would go an inch or 2 higher, I had a bit of trouble getting my dad in his power chair without scooting his cushion off cause his bottom wouldn't clear it so I had to try to hold the cushion in place w one had and push his body with my other and try to quickly release the lever to lower him before his body repositioned....however I am grateful that u had it ready for us before we got there to the hotel. So overall I was pleased minus a couple things I worked around....thank u so much!!

The representative, Rhoda Dibie, with Angelcare Medical Equipment was outstanding. She confirm all my travel plans to use the lift and made sure it was delivered and picked up at my last hotel. She is very kind and respectful.
