The scooters were great. David was so helpful all during our rental. We did have a battery issue with one scooter and lost a full days use of it. David came to check it out, he went back to the warehouse and got a different cable and came back and got it charging. The next 2 days it was fine. With that being said is there any chance we could get some type of compensation for the lost day? It was early on Tuesday morning we realized the scooter did not charge overnight. We had to leave at 8 am for Disneyland. I did reach out to David and he came to look at it, went to get the another cable and the scooter was fully n charged on Wednesday morning. Thank you Debi
