We were very pleased with the service we received from the company. We reserved our second scooter thru a text late at night. We received an immediate response. Equipment in great condition. Friendly and courteous. Great communication. On time & professional. The scooter rental really helped our Daughter. She’s had 3 knee surgeries so walking long distances is hard on her. she was able to get out and enjoy her Hawaiian vacation.

the scooter did not hold a charge and it was extremely large and hard for a smaller person to move

I was attending the Republican convention in Houston. You could suggest that I/anyone have theirs delivered to the convention which would save you and possible client some time. If someone is staying several blocks from the convention center, suggest the next heavier cart for comfort on the streets and sidewalks. If only being used indoors, it was fine. I definitely needed the extra basket. Overall, very happy with my scooter.
