AWESOME experience with this company!!!!! They dropped it off in the morning at my hotel and picked it up at a different location in the late evening!!! They have a variety of scooter and the scooter worked perfectly fine!!! I got this scooter for my dad, and he absolutely loved it!! We had a hard time keeping up with him!!

Very helpful associates. The scooter was in good clean shape. Everything went smoothly for delivery and pickup. Only thing, they aren't allowed to drop off items at Disney or Universal hotels. You have to meet them between 7-10 PM. Meeting for drop off no problem. I was able to leave scooter with the valet for 7-10 PM pickup time. This is what others do with companies that aren't associated with Universal hotels. Well worth the price.

Great Delivery... Great mobility. Had problem charging last night. Not sure if it was the hotel outlet or the charger. Anyway got 1.5 days out of original charge. Would recommend again

Absolutely fantastic experience! Ordering online was simple, the staff at Cloud of Goods were pleasant to work with when I needed to call them to make a modification to my reservation. I reserved a mobility scooter and it was dropped off on-time, clean and worked wonderfully for my wife who had knee surgery the week before we were due to hang out at the theme parks all weekend. Pick-up was as smooth as the drop off. I highly recommend Cloud of Goods and would not hesitate to use their services again in the future!

Working with Cloud of Goods was awesome! Had one snag with the battery on day 4 and they immediately brought an entire new scooter! Checked in daily to make sure that the new scooter was working. HIGHLY recommend!
