Our scooter was delivered on time and my mom couldn’t have done NYC without it. The delivery person was kind and communicative. The battery wasn’t lasting very long, so they offered a free replacement and resolved the issue. I would definitely use this service again.

All service was good and scooter worked well and was easy to use. Except for the gear under the seat to know how to get the alarm to turn off.

one section of the power cord (for the charger) was missing and they brought it to us right away. thank you so much. we would not have enjoyed NYC without this device!
