From the 1st phone call getting info & placing the order thru delivery to our event to pick-up after the event, we were kept informed and any questions were answered. Osman was wonderful! He let us know if he was running late due to traffic and didn’t leave until he was sure my Mom was comfortable using the scooter. We had no problems at all and I would use them again. Thank you for everything!!

Awesome experience. Showed up on time and showed us how to use the scooter and helped us with loading. The scooter was great and made my dad’s time in Disney Springs memorable for the day of great grandkid fun. He has COPD and usually can’t walk without lots of rest stops..not this trip!

We just finished renting the lightweight scooter from Don at Kona Mobility Scooters. Don was super flexible on pick up and drop off. He was there to help us with how to take it apart and place it in our vehicle. If you visit the Kona area on the Big Island, Kona Mobility Scooters is the place to rent from. I highly recommend him for your scooter needs.

The customer service was excellent. We appreciate the flexibility with pick up and drop off. Only issue was the scooter was a bit more worn than expected but worked great regardless
