I cannot say enough about this organization. The ease of communication, the helpful quick answers and the products that they offer were a big help to me. I had unexpected knee surgery and didn't want to cancel our trip to NYC, so a scooter was the only option. In the end, it provided me freedom to get around the city and not worry about any kind of pain I might have had and was able to go uptown and down in the bike lane and stay off the sidewalks, too. I will use this company for years to come!

Although the mobility scooter was there on time, the wrong key was with the scooter. The hotel loaned me one of their scooters for about three hours until Cloud of Goods returned with the correct key. That was annoying.

The communication could’ve been better, for the original drop off. Also, the scooter did not hold a charge very well the first day and nearly left us stranded on the Vegas Strip. However, the rest of the time went well. Just want to make sure the scooter is fully charged before drop off
