Thank you for the service you gave. My scooter was at the hotel waiting for me when I arrived. The scooter workedgood and the battery lasted all day. I will be calling you on my next visit.

The customer service leading up to the rental pick up was not great, however Sean/Shawn(not sure of spelling) saved it and was the best customer service we had while in vegas!!!!

There was a moment where I would have only given a 1 star. I had an issue where the charger that I was given did not work. My battery was dead and I was no where near my hotel. I called customer service and they said that they would get me a new charger, but the driver forgot to bring it to me. I waited for 2 hours, till 9pm, for the driver. Nobody came. I walked the scooter from the Mirage Hotel past Ceases and into the Bellagio. I had just about given up when I got a call from the original driver who dropped off the scooter. He said that he had heard one of my voice messages and was on the way with 2 new batteries and a new charger for the scooter. I don't think I could have made it back to my hotel with out his help. I forgot his name, I'm super bad with remembering names. But If you see this review, you know who you are. Thank you so much my friend.

Could NOT have enjoyed Las Vegas without this service. Dropped off right at my hotel and picked up on checkout day! So smooth and effortless!!

Mario was wonderful for his contacting us and explaining the type of scooter he provided and the ease of using it should we travel away from our location. He has great customer service and this is always a plus for someone to aid us and those in need of equipment to help those who cannot ambulate well. As a result of the change in scooter, we were able to enjoy our vacation and spouse able to be part of the tours and other activities with ease. Thank you

Ki Mobility had great and daily communication. The chair served it's purpose. It was an older model and the center post and chair loosened often as I drove. Also a suggestion perhaps a list of phone #s cabs who could take a scooter from one location to another.
