Kim was great to work with! There was an issue with the scooter not being charged when we first arrived, but Kim made it right and we had a great experience. The scooter was easy to use and worked all day for our needs. Arranging pickup and delivery was also easy and Kim’s staff made it very convenient meeting us at our hotel. Would definitely recommend using Kim - Mobility again!
