Lack of providing a smartphone holder, bike lock and helmet caused a less than perfect experience for the price of the rental.

Our electric bike rental was top notch. delivery was well communicated, and easy. The bike was in excellent condition, and perfect for a nice weekend of biking MN Trails. Thank you!

Rented an Ebike in Minneapolis, the communication with Cloud of Goods was great. Unfortunately I had to cancel due to health issues, so did not get to experience the actual bike.
